网架在狭窄空间内无支撑分块吊装施工技术

摘要:大跨度钢网架结构是运用较多的大跨度空间结构形式,在机场、车站、体育场馆、会议会展中心运用较为广泛。钢网架结构的发展,促进了施工方法的不断提高。施工方法的选择则受施工场地条件、施工难易程度、工期及成本的制约,需进行方案必选,以选择最优施工方案。成都天府国际机场航站楼钢结构工程施工一标段DC预留区网架,由于现场施工场地狭窄、工期要求紧迫,故选择采用无支撑分块吊装技术进行网架安装施工,使得在现场施工空间狭窄的情况下,在规定时间节点内安全、顺利完成3块共计约650m2网架安装施工任务,同时达到了节省支撑措施、节省施工工期的目的。

Unbraced Block Hoisting and Construction Technology of Grids in the Narrow Space

Abstract: Large-span steel grid structure is a kind of large-span spatial structure, which is widely used in airports, railway stations, sports venues and convention and exhibition centers. The development of steel grid structure promotes the continuous improvement of construction methods. The selection of construction method is restricted by the conditions of construction site, the degree of construction difficulty, time limit and cost, so it is necessary to select the best construction plan. In steel structure construction of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport terminal building, the DC reserve area in bid a grid, unbraced block hoisting technology of rack installation is adopted due to the narrow construction site and a limited construction for pressing, under the condition of the narrow working space, safe and smooth finish within the prescribed time node 3 pieces, a total of about 650 m2 rack installation tasks. At the same time the purpose of saving support measures and construction time is achieved.
