山区高墩现浇箱梁施工支架方案比选及实施

摘要:十巫高速公路鲍峡枢纽互通、沧浪山互通共设置34联支架现浇箱梁,具有施工规模大、墩柱普遍较高的特点;同时互通区地势起伏大、山体陡峭,地基覆盖层厚、地基难以处理,对支架施工影响较大。支架设计时,从安全风险、经济效益等方面对比分析了钢管贝雷支架、满堂支架、抱箍贝雷支架、倒挂牛腿贝雷支架等4种支架结构,最终决定采用抱箍贝雷支架进行现浇箱梁施工。抱箍贝雷支架从下到上依次为下抱箍、承重梁、上抱箍、贝雷梁、满堂支架;同时考虑不平衡弯矩对墩柱的影响,在边墩处设置钢管立柱以代替抱箍,确保主体结构安全。

Comparison and Implementation of Construction Support Scheme for Cast-in-place Box Girder with High Pier in Mountainous Area

Abstract: The Baoxia interchange and Canglangshan interchange has 34 cast-in-place box girders with supports. It has features of large construciton scale, high piers, steep mountains and thick overburden. So the foundation is difficult to treat and has great influence on support construction. During the support design, four kinds of support structures, including steel tube Bailey support, full hall support, hoop Bailey support and upside down bracket Bailey support, are compared and analyzed from the aspects of safety risk and economic benefit. Finally, hoop Bailey support is adopted for cast-in-place box girder construction. From bottom to top, hoop Bailey supports are lower hoop, bearing beam, upper hoop, Bailey beam and full support. Meanwhile, considering the influence of unbalanced bending moment on pier column, steel pipe column is set at side pier to replace hoop to ensure the safety of main structure.
