舟岱跨海大桥主通航孔桥双层防撞钢套箱快速安装技术

摘要:舟岱跨海大桥位于东海海域,主通航孔桥主墩钢套箱安装受台风、潮流影响较明显,钢套箱实现快速化施工是节点工期得到保障的关键,经多重方案模拟,最终采用“内层钢套箱整体安装+外层钢套箱逐块安装”施工工艺。内层钢套箱整体采用PPU组合式模块车装船,2 600t起重船整体吊装,依靠轻便的吊索具、刚性悬吊系统、水平限位及精调系统等相关结构的设计与优化,实现钢套箱快速化施工。外层钢套箱在主墩承台施工完成后,采用250t全回转起重船逐块进行安装,不占用主线工期。内、外双层钢套箱之间采用高强螺栓进行有效连接,协同防撞。

Rapid Installation of Double-layer Anti-collision Steel Boxed Cofferdam for Main Navigable Bridge of Zhoudai Cross-sea Bridge

Abstract: Zhoudai Cross-sea Bridge is located in the East China Sea. The installation of steel boxed cofferdam on the main pier of the main navigable bridge is obviously affected by typhoon and tidal current. Rapid construction of steel boxed cofferdam is the key to ensure the construction period at the node. The whole inner steel boxed cofferdam adopts PPU modular vehicle loading, and the whole 2 600 t crane ship is hoisted and installed. Relying on the design and optimization of lightweight sling, rigid suspension system, horizontal limit and fine adjustment system and other related structures, the rapid construction of steel boxed cofferdam can be realized. After the completion of the construction of the main pier cap, the outer steel boxed cofferdam shall be installed block by block by 250 t full rotary crane, which shall not occupy the main construction period. High strength bolts are used to effectively connect the inner and outer double steel boxed cofferdams to prevent collision.
