黄河流域下承式网状系杆拱桥总体施工方案比选

摘要:济南齐鲁黄河大桥项目横跨黄河,主桥上部结构为下承式网状系杆拱桥。针对本项目特殊、复杂的地理环境与外界因素,对主桥钢箱梁安装工艺、钢箱梁与拱肋的施工顺序、钢箱拱肋安装工艺进行比选。综合考虑工期、施工难度、经济性、安全性等方面,推荐采用先梁后拱施工工艺,次中跨280m拱肋采用满堂支架法进行施工,中跨420m拱肋采用低位拼装+垂直提升法进行施工。

Comparison and Selection of Overall Construction Scheme of Through Reticulate Tied Arch Bridge in Yellow River Basin

Abstract: Jinan Qilu Yellow River Bridge project crosses the Yellow River. The superstructure of the main bridge is a through mesh tied arch bridge. In view of the special and complex geographical environment and external factors,the installation construction technology of steel box girder of main bridge,the construction sequence of steel box girder and arch rib,and the installation construction technology of steel box arch rib are compared and selected. Considering the construction period,construction difficulty,economy,safety and other aspects,the construction technology of girder before arch is recommended. The full framing method is recommended for the arch rib of secondary mid span280 m,and the low level assembly + vertical lifting method is recommended for the arch rib of mid span 420 m.
