运营期大直径越江盾构隧道长期监测规律分析

摘要:以国内某大直径越江盾构隧道工程为背景,为探究运营期大直径越江隧道结构的变形、受力情况及稳定性,了解结构局部及整体的受力和变形规律,确保其整体稳定性及安全性,采用横断面、纵断面长期监测相结合的方法,通过布置在隧道不同横断面及纵断面的传感器,对隧道纵向差异沉降、横向水平位移变形、扭转变形进行监测,同时监测典型断面管片接缝张开度、钢筋应力、混凝土应变、水压力、温度等,通过对各项监测数据进行规律分析及安全指标评价,对隧道结构服役状态进行监控预警和状态评价,得到运营期大直径越江盾构隧道长期变形、受力及稳定性变化规律,确定盾构隧道在运营期的稳定性和安全性。

Analysis on Long-term Monitoring Law of Large Diameter River Crossing Shield Tunnel During Operation Period

Abstract: Based on a large-diameter river crossing shield tunnel project, in order to explore the deformation,stress and stability during the operation period,understand the stress and deformation laws of the local and overall structure,and determine the overall stability and safety of the structure,the crosssection,vertical-section are adopted,combined with the long-term monitoring scheme,through the sensors arranged in different cross sections and vertical sections,the longitudinal differential settlement,transverse horizontal displacement deformation and torsional deformation is monitored. At the same time,the joint opening of segment,reinforcement stress,concrete strain,water pressure and temperature of typical section are monitored. Through analyzing the law of monitoring data and evaluating the safety index,the monitoring and early warning and status evaluation are carried out. The long-term deformation,stress and stability of large-diameter river crossing shield tunnel in operation period are obtained,and the stability and safety of shield tunnel are determined.
