临海大体量土石方长距离皮带输送技术
摘要:深圳宝安国际机场卫星厅及配套工程中,外运土石方总量达114万m3。为解决土石方外运困局,以皮带输送机作为主要运输工具,通过研究与总结临海大体量土石方长距离皮带输送技术,克服土石方装筛、长距离运输、卸土装船及绿色施工等输送难题,不仅确保运输效率,且创造经济效益,应用效果良好。

Long Distance Belt Conveying Technology for Large Volume Earth and Rock Near the Sea
Abstract: The total transportation of earth and stone work amounted to 1. 14 million m3 in the satellite hall and its supporting projects of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport. As a breakthrough point,belt conveyors were taken as the main transportation tool in the problem-solving of the transportation of earth and stone work. Technical problems of belt conveying,such as loading and screening,long-distance transportation,unloading and loading,and green construction,have been overcome through developing and summarizing a complete and systematic set of long-distance belt conveying technology for large volume earth and stone work offshore, which not only ensures the construction and transportation efficiency,but also brings economic benefits,exhibiting good application effect.
