深圳宝安国际机场卫星厅及配套工程大体量土石方运输方案及试验

摘要:深圳宝安国际机场卫星厅及其配套工程场地位于填海滩涂地区,计划土石方外运总量大。在场地外运道路、交通管制与新能源泥头车不足等因素影响下,通过对传统泥头车、土方转化泥浆后泵送、皮带输送机以及缆机吊罐外运技术方案进行比较分析,最终选用皮带输送机作为土石方外运的主要工具。通过试验段论证,研究与解决皮带输送机在土石方工程中的应用难题,最终可满足本工程淤泥质土的输送条件与运输效率要求。

Transportation Scheme and Experiment of Large Volume Earth and Rock of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport Satellite Hall and Supporting Projects

Abstract: Since the satellite hall of Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport and its supporting engineering sites are located in tidal flats of the reclamation area,the calculation on the total amount of earth and stone work transportation is large. Under such constraints as off-site transport roads,traffic control and insufficient new energy mud-head vehicles,belt conveyors were finally selected as the main tool for earth and stone transportation after comparing and analyzing the technical schemes of traditional mud truck,earthworks mud pumping,belt conveyor and cable winder lifting tank,etc. Demonstration of the testing section was conducted to study and solve the problems in the application of belt conveyor in earth and stone work. Final research results are found to be able to meet the mucky soil transportation conditions and transport efficiency requirements of the current project.
