郑万铁路奉节梅溪河双线特大桥钢拱肋缆索吊机斜拉扣挂安装方案比选

摘要:郑万铁路奉节梅溪河双线特大桥主桥设计为1~340m劲性骨架钢筋混凝土上承式提篮拱桥,无铰拱结构,拱圈设计为X形钢管混凝土劲性骨架+外包混凝土结构,变宽变高钢桁拱肋采用缆索吊机斜拉扣挂法安装。根据主桥结构特点及山区陡峭的地形条件,针对缆索吊机的索跨布置及结构形式,提出缆扣共塔与缆扣分离、单塔式与双塔式等多种形式;针对拱肋扣挂方式,提出是否设置扣挂分配梁及临时索的设计思路;通过众多方案比选分析,最终确定最优方案。

Comparison and Selection of Construction Schemes for Steel Arch Rib Cable Crane and Cable-stayed Buckle Installation of Meixi River Double-track Super Large Bridge on Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway

Abstract: The main bridge of Fengjie Meixi River Double-track Super Large Bridge of ZhengzhouWanzhou Railway is designed as a concrete-filled steel tube( CFST) stiff skeleton reinforced concrete deck type basket handle arch bridge with a main span of 340 m,which is hingeless arch structure.The arch ring is designed as X-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular stiff skeleton + externally wrapped concrete structure,the widening and heightening steel truss arch rib is installed by cable crane and cable-stayed buckle method. According to the structural characteristics of the main bridge and the steep terrain conditions in the mountain area,aimed at cable span arrangement and structural form for cable crane,Various forms are proposed,such as integration of cable tower and buckle tower,separation of cable tower and buckle tower,single-tower type and double-tower type and so on.Aimed at arch rib fasten stay mode,this paper puts forward the design idea of whether to set up the distributive girder and temporary cable.Through the comparison and analysis of many schemes,the optimal scheme is finally determined.
