郑万铁路奉节梅溪河双线特大桥主桥结构设计与施工

摘要:郑万铁路奉节梅溪河双线特大桥主桥设计为1-340m劲性骨架钢筋混凝土上承式提篮拱桥,拱座采用水平桩+竖直桩分离式嵌固基础,X形钢管混凝土劲性骨架+外包混凝土拱圈结构,拱座交界墩为双柱式空心墩,拱上11根立柱及3联连续梁。设计150t缆索吊机吊装钢拱肋节段及辅助后续施工,采用斜拉扣挂法安装钢拱肋。本桥结构设计复杂,具有较多施工难点。

Structure Design and Construction of Main Bridge of Meixi River Double-track Super Large Bridge on Zhengzhou-Wanzhou Railway

Abstract: The main bridge of Fengjie Meixi River Double-track Super Large Bridge of ZhengzhouWanzhou Railway is designed as a stiff skeleton reinforced concrete deck type basket handle arch bridge with a main span of 340 m,the abutment adopts horizontal pile + vertical pile separation embedded foundation,X-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular stiff skeleton + externally wrapped concrete arch ring structure,abutment juncture pier is double column hollow pier,11 columns and triple continuous beams on the arch.The 150 t cable crane is designed to lift the steel arch rib section and assist the subsequent construction,installation of steel arch rib by cable-stayed buckle method. The structure design of the bridge is complex,and which has many construction difficulties.
