芒稻河特大桥超长钢板桩围堰结构优化设计

摘要:采用超长钢板桩围堰进行深水河道的桥梁承台施工时,其平面布置、钢板桩选型及围囹支撑等优化设计,关系到围堰施工的安全性和经济性。结合芒稻河特大桥下部结构特点和桥位条件,提出双菱形斜撑与对口撑结合的围囹支撑设计;在分析模型方面,针对钢板桩间的承插式锁扣连接允许错动和转动,提出用竖向梁单元模拟钢板桩、用虚拟链杆模拟锁扣连接的围堰梁格法模型。通过方案比选研究,提出在迎水面采用H型组合钢板桩、水平支撑层之间设置竖向连接等优化构造,有效减小了围堰变形,提高了内支撑稳定性。

Structure Optimization Design of Super-long Steel Sheet Pile Cofferdam of Mangdaohe Bridge

Abstract: The layout of super-long steel sheet pile cofferdam,pile type selection and its inner brace optimization are important to the safety and economy of the cofferdam construction when it is used for constructing low pile cap in the deep water rivers. In this paper,in consideration of substructure size and site conditions of Mangmaohe Bridge,the support system with the double rhombic diagonal bracing and the opposite bracing is proposed. In structural modeling,in consideration that the socket lock connection between steel sheet piles allows glide slippage and rotation,the cofferdam beam grid model with the vertical beam element simulating the steel sheet piles and the virtual chain bar simulating the lock connection is proposed. By comparing several alternative support systems,it concludes that the H-type hybrid steel sheet pile and the vertical connection between the horizontal braces are used in the upstream to reduce the deformation of the cofferdam and to improve its stability.
