萧山国际机场T4航站楼屋盖荷花谷柱施工技术

摘要:针对萧山国际机场三期航站楼荷花谷柱的结构特点,结合施工中的实际情况,编制了荷花谷柱的分段吊装方案,解决了吊装平台与吊点布置难题。通过分布施工模拟分析,验证了施工过程临时支撑的合理性与结构的稳定性,分析了卸载后及与屋盖连接后的受力与位移,验证了屋盖对荷花谷柱的支撑有效性。相关的分析结果为项目的顺利推进提供了保障。

Construction Technology of Lotus-shaped Column of Xiaoshan International Airport Terminal 4's Roof

Abstract: According to the structural characteristics of lotus-shaped column in Xiaoshan International Airport Phase III terminal,the segmented lifting scheme of this column is worked out,which solves the difficult problem of hoisting platform and lifting point layout. By means of subsection hoisting simulation analysis,the rationality of temporary support and the stability of the structure in the construction process are verified,and the force and displacement after unloading and connecting with the roof are analyzed,so as to verify the effectiveness of the roof in supporting the lotus-shaped column. Relevant analysis results provide a guarantee for the smooth progress of the project construction.
