下穿既有繁忙铁路特大顶进箱桥整体下落施工技术

摘要:考虑铁路运输和行车安全原因,一般使用软架空顶进法将在既有铁路外侧预制的立交箱桥顶进到铁路线下就位,由于地下水或雨水作用,往往土质偏软造成立交箱桥顶进过程中易下沉,如果土质过硬,地下水又远离箱桥地板以下,箱桥可能会上浮,这种情况出现的概率较小。以济东高速公路新乡连接线新乡市东二环新中大道立交桥西座箱桥上浮为例,研究下穿既有繁忙铁路特大体积、质量顶进箱桥整体下落施工技术,满足现行铁路大型机械清筛捣固维修或箱桥内汽车行驶高度要求,确保行车安全。

Construction Technology of the Whole Drop of the Oversize Weight of the Existing Heavy Railway Jacking Box Bridge

Abstract: Considering the reasons of railway transportation and driving safety,the soft overhead jacking method is generally used to put the bridge under the railway line,which is prefabricated on the outside of the existing railway. Because of the action of groundwater or rainwater,the soft soil often causes the bridge to sink easily during the jacking process. This paper gives an example of the floating box bridge in the west of Xinzhong Avenue overpass in the east second ring of Xinxiang City,introduces overall drop construction technology of the box bridge for Jiyuan-Dongming High-speed line through the existing heavy railway with large volume and weight,which meets the current large-scale railway machinery cleaning and tamping maintenance or car driving height requirements in the box bridge,and ensures the safety of driving.
