高潮差深水基础大型双壁钢吊箱设计与施工技术研究

摘要:以某大桥深水基础为研究对象,通过单构件结构计算、整体MIDAS数值仿真计算,研究了高潮差下大型双壁钢吊箱围堰的设计和施工控制要点。从施工技术出发,对设计提出了相应要求,便于设计和施工的协调,研发了一套包括底板设计、壁体设计、围堰整体下放施工的关键技术,保证了围堰结构的整体稳定性。

Study on Design and Construction Technology of Large Double-wall Steel Hanging Cofferdam for Deep-water Foundation Under High Tide Difference

Abstract: Taking a deep-water foundation of a bridge as the research object,the design and construction control points of a large double-wall steel hanging cofferdam under high tide difference are studied through single component structural calculation and overall MIDAS numerical simulation. Starting from the construction technology, the corresponding requirements are put forward for the design, which is convenient for the coordination of design and construction. A set of key technology including base plate design,wall design and cofferdam overall lowering construction is developed to ensure the overall stability of the cofferdam structure.
