有粘结钢棒预应力在斜拉桥主塔施工中的应用

摘要:桥塔传统的横向预应力主要有两类,即钢绞线夹片锚和精轧螺纹钢锚,但两种预应力方式应力损失较大。基于黄石新港大道北延道路工程EPC项目,详细介绍了有粘结钢棒预应力施工技术,包括施工工艺流程与操作要点,并进行了效益分析,该技术有效解决了传统施工工效低、压浆饱满度低、预应力损失大的问题。

Application of Bonded Steel Bar Prestress in Construction of Main Tower of Cable-stayed Bridge

Abstract: There are two kinds of traditional transverse prestress of bridge tower,that is steel strand clamp anchor and finish rolled screw thread steel anchor. However,the stress loss of the two prestress methods is large. Based on EPC project of the north extension road project of Huangshi Xingang Avenue,the prestress construction technology with bonded steel bars is used,including the construction process and operation points,and the benefit is analyzed,which effectively solves the problems of of low efficiency,low grouting plumpness and large prestress loss in traditional construction.
