孟加拉帕德玛大桥大跨度连续钢桁梁架设技术

摘要:孟加拉国帕德玛大桥主桥由7联41孔跨度为150m的钢混叠合梁组成,单孔钢桁梁重约3 000t,为整体节点全焊接结构,大跨度连续钢桁梁采用逐孔整体架设方案,钢桁梁由“天一”号运输,每联之中首孔钢桁梁使用“天一”号直接架设,其余孔钢桁梁由“天一”号和钢桁梁吊架配合逐孔架设、合龙。通过钢桁梁整体吊装、墩顶三向调整系统、钢桁梁吊架、钢桁梁逐孔合龙等技术,有效解决了大跨度、大吨位多孔连续钢桁梁安装、定位等难题,操作可行,安全可靠。

Erection Technology of Continuous Large-span Steel Truss Girders of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh

Abstract: The superstructure of Padma Bridge in Bangladesh comprises of 7 modules with 41 spans steelconcrete composite girders. The steel truss girders are of full welding structure,with the length and weight of every span of 150 m and 3 000 t. The large-span continuous steel truss girders are transported and erected in spans by floating crane “Tian Yi”. The first span of every module is erected by use of the floating crane “Tian Yi”directly,and the rest spans of every module are erected with the assistance of a lifting frame. The technologies of lifting and erecting every span integrally,three-directional adjustment system on pier top,lifting frame,erecting steel truss girders in spans and so on effectively resolve the problem of erecting and positioning large-span and large-weight continuous steel truss girders,which is feasible,safe and reliable.
