涌水大跨分岔式隧道施工方法数值模拟研究

摘要:以阳安二线直通线分岔式隧道施工为背景,基于基础理论和数值模拟分析,对比不同施工组织下3种开挖方法在施工阶段的隧道力学行为、对应变形规律及施工重难点。研究结果表明:后建隧道施工导致先建隧道周边围岩应力重分布,左线隧道外侧围岩应力集中系数与右线隧道外侧围岩应力集中系数相比略大,随着两条隧道之间距离的增加,左、右线的围岩应力集中系数减小。通过对分岔隧道最优开挖方法的理论研究和数值模拟,得到三台阶开挖模拟的结果最小;相邻侧隧道施工导致结构整体应力重分布,左线的受力和变形均相对右线大。综合考虑,三台阶开挖法更适用于本工程隧道喇叭口段施工。

Simulation Research on Construction Method of Gushing Large-span Bifurcation Tunnel

Abstract: With the construction of the bifurcated tunnel on Yang'an Second Line as the background,based on basic theories and numerical simulation analysis,the mechanical behavior,corresponding deformation laws and construction difficulties of the three excavation methods under different construction organizations during the construction stage are compared. The results indicate that the construction of the later tunnel causes the redistribution of the surrounding rock stress around the first tunnel. The stress concentration coefficient of the surrounding rock on the left side of the tunnel is slightly larger than the stress concentration coefficient of the surrounding rock on the right side of the tunnel. The coefficient decreases as the distance between the two tunnels increases. Through theoretical research and numerical simulation of the optimal excavation method of the bifurcated tunnel,the results obtained by the threestep excavation simulation are the smallest. The construction of the adjacent side tunnels results in the redistribution of the overall stress of the structure,and the stress and deformation of the left line are larger than that of the right line. Through comprehensive consideration,the three-step excavation method is more suitable for the construction of the tunnel bell section of this project.
