装配式大悬臂预制盖梁快速安装方案比选
摘要：预制盖梁尺寸大、自重大,受城市道路运输、交通流量、施工场地等条件限制,整体吊装尤为困难,需进行分段运输和吊装。以长沙市湘府路项目为背景,选取落地支架法、预应力后锚法、钢棒支架法3种大悬臂盖梁安装方案进行对比,确定最合适的盖梁安装方案为钢棒支架法,并详细阐述湘府路项目盖梁安装的施工工艺。

Comparison and Selection of Rapid Installation Schemes of Prefabricated Large Cantilever Cover Beam
Abstract: The prefabricated cover beam is large in size and self-heavy. Due to the restrictions of urban road transportation,traffic flow,construction site and other conditions,the overall hoisting is more difficult,and it needs to be transported and hoisted in sections. Taking the Xiangfu Road project in Changsha as the background,three types of large cantilever cover beam installation schemes: floor stand method,prestressed post-anchor method,and steel rod support method are selected for comparison and selection,to determine the most suitable cover beam installation scheme which is steel rod support method,and elaborate on the construction technology of the installation of the cover beam of Xiangfu Road project.
