铁路隧道拱顶增加塑料排水板施工技术研究

摘要:以贵南高铁九万大山1号隧道衬砌施工为背景,分析衬砌拱顶空洞产生原因、拱顶回填注浆纵向预贴管道法中排气管原理及存在不足。为更有效排出因拱部衬砌冲顶时所形成气囊及混凝土自身泌水,提出衬砌前在拱部防水板外露面一定范围铺设纵向塑料排水板来解决该类问题确保初支与衬砌密贴消除空洞。工程实践表明,所采取的技术措施有效解决拱顶空洞缺陷问题,使其衬砌施工质量得以保障。

Research on Construction Technology of Plastic Drainage Board Added to Vault of Railway Tunnel

Abstract: This paper takes the lining construction of Jiuwan Dashan No. 1 tunnel of Guinan high-speed railway as the background, the causes of the vault cavity, the principle and shortcomings of the exhaust pipe in the longitudinal pre-affixing pipe method of arch backfilling grouting were analyzed. In order to discharge the air bag and concrete self-bleeding caused by arch lining more effectively, this paper proposed that the longitudinal plastic drainage board should be laid on the exposed surface of the arch waterproof board before lining to solve this kind of problems to ensure that the initial support is close to the lining to eliminate the cavity. Engineering practice shows that technology adopted can effectively solve the problem of vault cavity defects, so that the quality of its lining construction can be guaranteed.
