水下旋挖钻孔灌注桩化学泥浆粉造浆护壁施工技术

摘要:某桩基工程采用旋挖钻孔灌注桩成孔,化学泥浆进行护壁,并应用化学泥浆让钻屑迅速沉淀的特点,结合双底掏渣钻清孔和泵吸反循环清孔,解决了正循环清孔时间较长的问题,提高了施工速度,安全文明施工与环境保护方面能有效控制,且满足孔底沉渣要求,经济与社会效益显著。

Construction Technology of Chemical Slurry Powder Used for Wall Protection of Underwater Rotary Drilling Cast-in-place Pile

Abstract: In a pile foundation project, the rotary drilling cast-in-place pile is used to form the hole, and the chemical mud is used to protect the wall. The chemical mud is used to make the drilling cuttings precipitate rapidly. Combined with the double bottom slag removal drilling and the pump suction reverse circulation cleaning, the disadvantages of the long time of the positive circulation cleaning are changed, and the construction speed is improved. Safe and civilized construction and environmental protection can be effectively controlled, and this technology can meet the requirements of hole bottom sediment and obtain good effect.
