深层高承压水粉砂地层超深地下连续墙成槽坍塌机理分析

摘要:针对超深地下连续墙深层粉砂土严重塌方的难题,通过对深层粉砂土坍塌的机理分析,系统研究了上海深层粉细砂土的特性及在平面封闭环境下成槽过程中因泥浆失水致孔隙水压上升,并在受扰动状态下易塌方的原因。通过采用85m超深MJS工法桩对塌方后回填槽段进行合理加固,保证了塌方槽段顺利施工。通过调整泥浆配合比,适当提高泥浆密度和黏度以及布设超深降压井降低水位等措施实现了深层粉砂土成槽稳定,成功完成103m深地下连续墙。

Mechanism Analysis of Trench Collapse of Ultra-deep Diaphragm Wall in Deep and High-pressure Water Silt Stratum

Abstract: The characteristics of deep silty sand in Shanghai as well as the reasons of pore water pressure rising as a consequence of mud loss during trenching process in plane closed environment and collapsibility under disturbance, are systematically analyzed through the analysis and uncovering of collapse mechanism of deep silty sand to solve the problem of serious collapse of deep silty sand in ultra-deep diaphragm wall. Smooth construction of collapsed sections was ensured by applying 85 m ultra-deep MJS to reasonably reinforce backfilled sections after collapse. The trench forming stability of deep silty sand was realized and the 103 m-deep diaphragm wall was successfully completed by adjusting the mud formula, properly increasing the mud density and viscosity, and laying the ultra-deep pressure-reducing well to lower the water level, etc.
