超大跨度隧道上台阶CD法直墙式临时支护研究

摘要:为提高超大跨度公路隧道建设中的施工效率、缩短施工时间,可将传统CD法改进为直墙式临时支护上台阶CD法。以佛羊岭隧道为依托,通过现场监控量测和数值模拟等方法研究了直墙式临时支护的变形规律和安全性。结果表明:佛羊岭隧道Ⅳ级围岩段施工过程中,初期支护能够较好控制围岩变形,其实际变形量远小于设计预留变形量,安全系数满足规范要求。可见超大跨度公路隧道在Ⅳ级围岩中采用直墙式临时支护的上台阶CD法施工是可行的。

Study on Vertical Wall Temporary Support with Upper Step CD Method of Super Large-span Tunnel

Abstract: In order to improve the construction efficiency and reduce construction time of the super large-span highway tunnel, the traditional CD method can be improved to the vertical wall temporary support method of the upper step CD method. Based on Foyangling tunnel, this paper studies the deformation law and safety of vertical wall temporary support by means of field monitoring measurement and numerical simulation. The results show that during the construction of grade IV surrounding rock section of Foyangling tunnel, the deformation of surrounding rock can be well controlled by the initial support, and the actual deformation is far less than the design reserved deformation, and the safety factor fully meets the requirements of the specification. So it is feasible to use the CD method of vertical wall temporary support to construct the super large-span highway tunnel in the fourth grade surrounding rock.
