泥质砂岩地层中双轮铣结泥饼形成机理与防治

摘要:依托地铁车站地下连续墙工程施工数据,针对泥质砂岩地层双轮铣成槽工艺中铣齿的结泥饼现象,深入分析双轮铣的结泥饼机理,并总结归纳了施工影响因素。双轮铣结泥饼的形成主要影响因素有:地质条件、铣齿类型、泥浆参数和温度。后续施工可通过降低铣头温度、保证泥浆质量、合理选取铣齿类型、适时反转刀盘、增强刀盘破岩能力以及增强泥浆泵功率等措施降低双轮铣结泥饼风险。

Formation Mechanism and Prevention of Mud Cake in Double Wheel Trench Cutter Machine in Argillaceous Sandstone Stratum

Abstract: Aiming at the phenomenon of mud cake which form in the process of grooving in argillaceous sandstone stratum for double wheel trench cutter machine, this paper that is based on the construction datum of underground diaphragm wall of subway station, analyzes the formation mechanism of mud cake deeply, and summarizes the important and influential construction factors for the formation of mud cake.The main reasons for the formation of mud cake for double wheel trench cutter machine in Shaxi and Pazhou West Station are as follows: geological conditions, tooth type, slurry parameters, temperature. And the builders could reduce the probability of formation of mud cake by reducing the temperature of toothed plate, improving slurry quality, reasonably selecting the type of toothed plate, timely reversing the cutter head, enhancing the ability of rock breaking for double wheel trench cutter machine and heightening the power of slurry pump.
