南京长江五桥波形钢腹板箱梁节段预制拼装技术
摘要:以南京长江五桥中3座跨线引桥为工程背景,研发专用匹配预制模板系统。该系统可同时满足钢腹板快速入模、高精度定位及匹配连接、钢筋混凝土结合部高质量浇筑等多项要求。将节段预制拼装技术与波形钢腹板组合梁相结合,节段轻巧、造型美观、接缝抗剪及抗震性能优越、质量易于控制、施工速度快。

Prefabricated Assembly Technology of Corrugated Steel Web Box Girder Segments of the Fifth Nanjing Yangtze Bridge
Abstract: Based on the engineering background of the 3 bridges of the Fifth Nanjing Yangtze Bridge, a special matching prefabricated formwork system is developed. The system can simultaneously meet multiple requirements such as rapid entry of steel webs, high-precision positioning and matching connections, and high-quality pouring of reinforced concrete joints. Combining the segmental prefabricated assembly technology with the corrugated steel web composite beam, the segment is light, the shape is beautiful, the joint shear and seismic performance are superior, the quality is easy to control, and the construction speed is fast.
