电渗防水技术处理混凝土裂缝宽度极限值研究

摘要:在外加电场作用下,可利用电渗防水技术有效阻止地下结构外部水分渗入内部,以达到防渗堵漏目的,但当混凝土裂缝宽度达到一定程度时,电渗防水技术失去效果。为得到电渗防水技术可处理混凝土裂缝宽度极限值,开展室内模型电渗试验与理论计算研究。研究结果表明,当水头差为80mm时,20,40,60V电压下电渗防水技术可处理混凝土裂缝宽度试验极限值分别为0.35,0.40,0.50mm,理论计算极限值分别为0.34,0.41,0.45mm。

Study on Limit Value of Crack Width for Concrete Treated by Electroosmosis Waterproofing Technology

Abstract: Under the additional electric field, electroosmosis waterproofing technology can effectively prevent the underground water entering into the structure from the outside, so as to achieve the purpose of seepage control. But when the concrete crack width reaches a certain extent, the electroosmosis waterproofing technology is invalid. In order to obtain the limit value of crack width for concrete treated by electroosmosis waterproofing technology, the indoor model electroosmosis experiment and theoretical calculation are carried out. The results show that when the water head is 80 mm, under the voltage of 20 V, 40 V and 60 V, the test limit values of crack width are 0.35 mm, 0.40 mm and 0.50 mm respectively, the theoretical calculation limit values of crack width are 0.34 mm, 0.41 mm and 0.45 mm respectively.
